I tried different pools. All of the same this error.
I try to put --pers=BitcoinZ or --pers=auto or --smart-pers at extra config. But not helped.
Any idea ?

This error means that the miner cannot connect to the pool.
It is likely that the pool was down for a while.
Fortunately, it seems to be up again and working fine.
Could you try again and let us know if it is working well for you now?
It should not be necessary to specify the pers string.
