As you've told me in private, and I hereby share with the rest of our colleagues, you apply for the back-up position and agree with Zwei becoming the Main translator. This way, you'll help him with the translations whenever he is unavailable or there's too much work.
Let's wait a couple more days, simply for protocol reasons, and if no one alleges any impediment we'll make it official this same weekend and we will add you two to our Hall of Fame.
