If newbies do their research well, understand the market history well, and prepare their capital as well as psychology well enough, I think waiting for dips to buy is good strategy. It's good strategy but not best one, because of a missing point in their mind.
I would like to ask you some questions
1. Is waiting for the dip worth it?
2. What if the actual price when you started waiting for the dip is the dip and while waiting the price of bitcoin increased, don't you think if you had bought would have been the best.?
3. What if you see the dip and the dip is so dip and you think if you buy the dip the price of bitcoin will still go dip, because one thing about people who wait for the dip to buy bitcoin,  they normally have a specific dip that they are so interested to buy, and if it is not their prefer dip they won't buy.

Why don't you just buy bitcoin anytime you have opportunity to buy and if the price also go dip it is also an avenue to buy more bitcoin than waiting for the dip. People who wait to buy bitcoin in the dip don't understand bitcoin and they may be getting it wrong.
Buying during a dip is often debated, but I think it's okay to buy when the price drops because it can make us buy more Bitcoin. But the problem that makes many people mistaken about buying when the price drops is that they deliberately wait for bitcoin to drop. If the context is like that, I personally don't agree with it. Because deliberately waiting for the price of bitcoin to drop in my opinion is the same as missing a golden opportunity to make our bitcoin portfolio grow even faster. Because waiting for the price of bitcoin to drop, in my opinion, has a long enough time, especially if you wait until the price of bitcoin touches a price below 40-50K. So my solution is, it's better for us to keep investing in bitcoin with a DCA strategy, and when there is a price drop at that time we can buy bitcoin more aggressively. So by doing this we won't miss anything and can still buy aggressively when the price of bitcoin drops. Because if you deliberately wait for the price of bitcoin to drop first to make a purchase, you can wait for months and even years and it's possible that there will never be a deep price drop as expected.
Buying during a dip is often Exaggerated, Waiting for a dip before we can buy or make an investment in Bitcoin is not so grate opportunity for a newbie, Because waiting for a dip to occurs we would be wasting a lot of time to approach the Market and accumulate Bitcoin, It is best we buy when there is opportunity to make an Investment instead of waiting for a dip, The market is quite unpredictable, Waiting for that dip opportunity is like someone who is not yet ready to take a bold step to invest in bitcoin assets, and also wasting a grate opportunity to invest aggressively. The best opportunity is consistent investing, buying aggressively with a mindset of long-term investment,  DCA Is always a grate opportunity to invest in bitcoin.

I Think waiting for dip to make that Bold step to invest and buy Bitcoin is not worth it.
I know it's not right for a newbie to start his or her bitcoin investment with buying the dip, but if a newbie can figure out his or her finances and know if he or she buys the dip, it won't have a negative impact on his or her accumulation journey, he or she should go ahead and buy the dip since it will help him or her have the power to accumulate more bitcoin at a lower price and with less money and front-load his or her bitcoin investment. Since a newbie is a low coiner or no coiner, depending only on the strategy to buy bitcoin is wrong and it will make him or her stagnant and less active in accumulating bitcoin, and the only time he or she will be moved to accumulate bitcoin is when a dip happens, and since he or she is not certain how many times a dip will happen in a year, it will influence him or her not to accumulate a reasonable amount of bitcoin. Even if a newbie must buy the dip, he or she should have an ongoing DCA strategy that will allow him or her to consistently and actively accumulate bitcoin so that he or she can have the chance to build his or her bitcoin portfolio gradually.
In as much as the person is a newbie is it not better to start with the DCA strategy?, i can never advice a newbie to start from buying the dip instead you should use the DCA strategy that will allow you to accumulate weekly, little by little for a long-term of 4- 10 years or more because the person has no Bitcoin yet or for someone that is just starting to invest in Bitcoin,so that you will take your time to plan on how you want to accumulate your portfolio also on how to set up your discretionary income, reserve fund and emergency fund so that you will not have to sell your coins before the stipulated time or find yourself in the situation that will make you stop along your journey.
