Do you adjust your budget? why? it is after a big win or a big lose? Or how do you set your budget in the first place, do you do it monthly or weekly or it is per session?
I have set budget use to gamble. If I lose that's already the end of my gambling session. Every payday (bi-weekly in my day job) I set aside 5% of my salary for leisure. That's the amount I can afford, regardless of I win or lose. My bankroll should not exceeds to what is suppose to be use.

Why help you stay in control and not going over the budget?
I already experience the worst in gambling and I don't want to repeat the same mistakes again. So i'm trying hard to control myself, and I think playing rarely did help.
