About adding more merit source, some local boards and other general boards are very active with discussions and need merit source. For example, I don't see members getting merit on the altcoin discussion board, it's rare.
Well, I have no problems with that.A merit is signal for effort.
Putting effort in the altcoin board is detrimental to the user.
Hence, better not to provide positive feedback loop on this.
I might be joking on this, but I am very close to the harsh truth.
Surprise... surprise... DANGER: participation in shitcoin discussions may not result in the receipt of any merits, but also worse participation in shitcoin discussions may result in loss of funds and/or brain cells, too....
Probably the reason why merit distribution is rare over there because how can Merit be awarded to a discussion about unworthy coins that have no future with high risks of losing money. Anyways, since meriting is not restricted in any board, those that finds those discussions about those shit projects can still merit themselves
