That's because with the increasing instability of the global economy and many people choosing to invest in Bitcoin as a hedge or long-term investment, it will make market sentiment positive and it will lead us to a higher price. Moreover, if it is supported by positive news, such as the development of bitcoin in the US or other positive news, then it will not be difficult for Bitcoin to reach that price.
But I don't think increased economic uncertainty is good for bitcoin. That would only be true if bitcoin was a safe haven but with what is happening it is more of a speculative asset than a safe haven like gold. Speculative assets are more likely to be dumped in an uncertain economy.

Personally, I believe that it is time for the economy to recover and during periods of stability, speculative assets will benefit greatly, especially bitcoin. A relatively new investment with high profit potential will attract more money flow.
True that expecting something closer to 200k is realistic, doesn't mean it will happen but it just means there is a possibility because of what we have seen from previous bull increases. That is why we should be considering how to move further and if we can do that then we are going to make a lot of money.

Because we know that in the previous bull runs how much it increased, and we know that the bull run should be coming in Q4 of 2025, with these knowledges we have some expectations and we invest carefully based on that and if we are right and it is somewhat similar then we are going to make some money from it and that would make us richer but if we are wrong and it doesn't go up that way then we are not going to end up getting richer at all and we could even be in trouble.
