It's not a good idea to ask them to try your other bonuses/promotions. You guya just accused him of exploiting the odds which ia considered as rules violation and you guys limited him. Now, you are inviting him to try other promos. What if your other provider ask you freeze his account because of another unknown rule. We don’t know what the odd explosion is, you guys don’t even tell people anything about it. BC game is known for being a terrible casino when it comes to bonus and support.

That’s exactly the point: I never got a clear explanation, and I’ve been completely genuine throughout. Being told to try other promos after getting limited like this doesn’t feel right, especially when I’ve already done so much of the wagering properly.
I do really appreciate holydarkness he’s been amazing and genuinely helpful through all this. I still believe there can be a happy ending to this if someone takes the time to really look into it.
