Just back of the envelope, probably a week .. part time.. so like 40 hours not counting crawl/compute time.

If someone has done something like this before or have more intimate working knowledge of block explorer code, it could be done faster.

Kind of doubt it.. a few months ago Stackcoin was the biggest scam that cryptos had ever seen.. but then it faded into memory.. AC has only been around 2 weeks.. it'll probably fade from people's minds very soon.. maybe within the next 2 weeks. Part of the problem with this eco system, things move quickly to the next big thing.

At this point to revive this not only does 10 BTC need to be paid for developing the fix.. but also some has to be earmarked to do marketing and pay off exchanges to relist.. let's say that costs 20 BTC.. we're looking at 30 BTC to revive this back to.. what market cap? If it can reach 100 BTC marketcap.. it maybe a worthwhile investment i guess...
