As far as I know falling victim is not for everybody, I have come to realized that greed is what actually makes most people to fall victim. However, anyone that normally do the right thing without going for quick profits wouldn't going to fall victim, just like me I have never fall victim before while because I am not good in focusing on quick profits. Once you are egar to get rich quick the possiblity of falling victim would be high, because you wouldn't think of doing research before entering due to the fact that you want quick money without remembering the risks involved.
Yes not everyone that fall a victim of crypto scam, the thing is that some people don't want to understand that in cryptocurrency many people use it as scam by investing on crypto, but if you know about crypto very well you will not be victim of scam, because what they normally preached to them is that they will double their investment times 3, and people who is ignorant of Bitcoin investment will like to invest because they have chances of making double of what they invested, so people who they scam through cryptocurrency lack information of cryptocurrency, and secondly it's greediness that make some people to enter into such kind of investment without making a proper research of everything.
