Yes not everyone that fall a victim of crypto scam, the thing is that some people don't want to understand that in cryptocurrency many people use it as scam by investing on crypto, but if you know about crypto very well you will not be victim of scam, because what they normally preached to them is that they will double their investment times 3, and people who is ignorant of Bitcoin investment will like to invest because they have chances of making double of what they invested, so people who they scam through cryptocurrency lack information of cryptocurrency, and secondly it's greediness that make some people to enter into such kind of investment without making a proper research of everything.

Not everyone would be scam victims no doubt but then anyone can be a victim that's why everyone needs to be very careful so they won't fall in the list of those who fall victim to scammers, these scammers don't use one particular method on their victims, just like your mobile app requires updates that's how this scammers update their method and techniques of deceiving their victims.
And they feed on people's greed, ignorance and sometimes carelessness like little errors people make on the Internet, to succeed that's why everyone should be extremely careful while dealing with things on the Internet.
