Gamblers who let excitement to influence their decisions are reactive people while those that have a plan on how to react are proactive people. Have a budget for your gambling bankroll and stick to it, additionally it's best to let the amount be what you can afford to loose.

We all have emotions but only Indisciplined gamblers allow their emotions Control their actions. Over excitement when winning can make a gambler keep on trying to get more wins even if he knows that losses might be around the corner. This excitement goes down the drain when they end up losing everything they have, most of them go as far as exhausting their bankroll.
