Yes, I have experienced anxiety on a few occasions when I have bet excessively, It seems that the more you play, the more you begin to chase losses, which just makes matters worse. I came to see how important it is to establish boundaries and know when to go.  I was able to clear my head and prevent gambling from taking over by taking breaks and concentrating on other things.
Few years back I was too much involved in gambling and things were going mostly against me, I was having too much stress this brings serious trouble in life then I took break and then change of mind both give better things, and now I am never having any stress.
I am not running behind loses and never try to go for chase this brings good change just keep things for entertainment purpose always helps to clean mind and life without any stress.
That is right.
Gambling doesn't have to be putting yourself into that hard part of thinking that it's a do or die strategy because it's not.
All you have to do is to make sure that you enjoy every bit of your money as you gamble.
Do what makes you happy as you gamble and never put yourself into too much pressure.
It's all about mindset peoples those doing this fun they never have this thinking as they understand living without gambling is possible but peoples those usually want to end their problems through gambling they have stress because they have gone deep which always give them stress, and they are not able to live without stress.
Pressure always works when things are going against you, and you have mind to fix things with gambling, but it's ended on negativity enjoying always keep things on positive, but It's really hard to have this mindset.
