You probably won the argument because they understands the legal count charge as the case maybe if that was a centralized exchange you used.

They can't be afraid of the lawsuit with that small amount of money. Who would even dare suing them because of that small amount?

Besides, they did it innocently/ignorantly, so they have nothing to fear.

Stop sounding as if you know better than the victim, the main gist has been passed, which is also in the title of the thread. Can I even call myself a victim? No! Because what I enjoyed with the 0 USDT fee they later set my withdrawal fee to is way more. Besides, I was never charged that 8 USDT, I stopped the transaction immediately.
