I would say patience is the key difference here. Anyone could become a great trader if they have patience and hard work, if they work hard and not give up then there is no reason for anyone to fail at being a great trader. All the people who are not great traders became bad ones only because they give up earlier, and they just want to trade without being ready, and they do not grind hard enough.

If you could give some time to it and make sure that you are properly investing your time and efforts into trading and not just your money then you are going to be a great trader. All humans have exactly what they need to be a great trader, unless you are mentally challenged or anything like that prevents you, then you should be able to do it with enough time and effort.
