Well usually that's how trolls works. They accuse the casino without bringing up something that's why usually they fail on their attacks. People nowadays are know how to determine which is legitimate accusation and which are the one will just gonna waste their time.
So for sure that the person posting that would know base on the approach made by people that he's attempt to destroy the reputation of Betfury will not gonna work.
I really like the idea ignoring them unless if they can provide those necessary proof that they are been affected with certain issues.
