If he could present any argument or evidence then he wouldn't be a troll. There's no point in arguing with trolls - bots, they definitely shouldn't be fed and the best thing we can do is to immediately ignore them. one could argue that's because no one using ETH anymore, lol.
but yeah, fees have gotten lower and lower over the past few months, so the network is actually usable again for us poor people.
