Yes, I have experienced anxiety on a few occasions when I have bet excessively, It seems that the more you play, the more you begin to chase losses, which just makes matters worse. I came to see how important it is to establish boundaries and know when to go.  I was able to clear my head and prevent gambling from taking over by taking breaks and concentrating on other things.
That is the cycle of it, when we gamble more, we tend to chase them if we're losing more too.

Clear your head at most times and you'll also clear the stress that it can bring. And so, you don't stress yourself by chasing losses and make a contract for yourself to limit your gambling too.

It's gonna help you out when you don't feel following your own rules and contract.

You know honestly speaking, having stress is no joke because after all it is dangerous, especially if because of our gambling we are stressed because of the large amount we have lost,
because what can go through the mind of a gambler who is experiencing this.

That is why the things that we should have in our character such as having self-discipline, limits in gambling and control over ourselves
can keep us away from things like having stress.
Emotions can greatly affect a person, especially the desire to make money easily by gambling, this emotion is even more profound in the case of gambling. When a gambler loses a large amount of money, he cannot accept this loss, at this time he does not understand reality, he goes into a state of despair to get his money back.
But if he had gambled with the amount of money he could afford to lose from the beginning, then he would not have been so restless after losing this money. Because he can lose this money, so after losing he will not worry about it anymore.
So self-control, and limitations should be followed from the first stage, then gambling is never so dangerous.
