It's not clear what you are saying, sometimes new accounts bring accusations but have no evidence so we usually don't believe them, even though you may still not understand how to do it here.

Try to take a screenshot of your problem at the casino and upload it on this site [https://talkimg.com/] and share it with us in case someone helps.

Posting proof before anything else is actually what they need since they provably won't convince people in this thread if they just post a random accusation especially that trolling is normal scene happening in this forum.

So if they can't provide anything then I will not get surprised if people here will think that he/she just trolling up here. But if he have legitimate concern towards his pending winnings then maybe he should redirect this post to scam accusation board then post with valid proof so that lots of people in this forum could see that there issue still exist on chips.gg.

But if there's nothing like that and what they are just doing is posting randomly then aim to bother them then I guess they will not succeed on that.
