Did they tell you why they are withholding your funds, like if they need time to investigate your account and gameplay?
The OP hasn’t been online for almost a month, but I suggest waiting a few more days in case they respond here or via another medium and explain what’s going on before creating a scam accusation thread.
In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could share more details with us (a screenshot of your conversation with live support would be great).
