it would be great if mixers could eventually be brought back. ~ when governments start to regulate them ~ KYC or something like that will probably be one of the requirements
That wouldn't be a mixer and is already allowed to be advertised on Bitcointalk:
Definition of a mixer
Something is considered a mixer if it meets all of these requirements:
