You're right - I've come across them posting their achievements on slots, some kind of win with a big multiplier. Some people call them slot experts - meaning there is some skill they have that allows them to win big multipliers quite often.
If you asking about "Skills" you are asking about the bankroll management, provider checks like potential slots and other. Other factor like type of the slot too, the volatility, RTP.... all of these still consider as skill.
Even you're put your hope on luck, at least don't 100% blind at all.
Some of the above factors are really important - but somehow not many people really master them. Relying 100% on luck - I don't think so, of course there are some methods as mentioned to get a better chance of winning.
