I have so much respect for hierarchy and that is the reason for my curiosity, ever since I started participating in signature campaign, I have seen campaigns where participants of different rank are being paid the same amount and in most instances the hero/legendary, there are reasons for the pecking order in the forum which includes activities and merits, in my expectations it could have been more officially rigid in respect and or subject to this generally in terms of always making the differences according to hierarchy. To satisfy my curiosity I really want to know why some campaigns  don't give this due diligence and others does and what is the reason behind it?
