the question because it got a mini derailment, have you try to file your complaint to AG?
I tried AG. Their website is about as user friendly as moving your arm through a donkeys colon

Umm, have you try incognito or cleaning your cache? VPN perhaps? Because I just checked Stake's profile on AG, and I can access them just fine. Maybe try it again with different browser and/or incognito? Currently, this is the best alternative we can try to get to the bottom of your situation.

I still fail to understand the logic behind their stance. Stake is a massive company with a global presence, they should be conducting themselves in a far more professional manner. Their attitude towards complaints in the forum is shocking.
