The thing is, from what I know(at least), holydarkness's contact is not the same people that you talk to on the casino's website. If he is able to properly explain the situation, they might be able to understand your situation and reverse the decision. Again, I am just assuming here since I am not the one who has a contact on BC.game so don't really take my word for it.
