There are so many different rules in different countries, sometimes even BTC is banned, yet there are still BTC transactions in these countries. How does it work? Is it easy to sell btc in your country, or to buy something with it? What have you bought, for example? Or what are you planning to buy?
You can own, store your bitcoin, send your bitcoin without problem or not big problem, but if you use your bitcoin for commercial trade purposes, you can get legal issues that depend on Bitcoin legality status in your nation.

I assume that you know best about legality status of Bitcoin and activities related to Bitcoin in your country than anyone else from other countries. It is more dangerous to do any activity that has connection with banks and your bank accounts, but it's safer if you do your Bitcoin trade with other methods that are harder for government to track your financial flow and connect it to Bitcoin related trades.

Check legal status of Bitcoin over countries.
