They only beat not prime Real Madrid, it's not a big achievement even though on paper they did beat Real Madrid two times. PSG and Barcelona would be different, they're in their prime, moreover Arsenal lost so many players which make them can't substitutes many players.

If PSG won, I will not be surprised, if Arsenal won, it would be unbelievable.

Arsenal have been one of the best defending sides in all of Europe if not the best completely, but I am not so sure they will be careful and capable of holding down PSG who are also very good with attacking strength. I do not forget they helped knock out Liverpool from the competition.
