This kind of situation may happen in any casino or sportsbook, I remember there was longer case in Fortunejack when player need to wait almost a half a year and the other one on Chips, someone made a mistake on deposit using wrong chain and the fund was recovered and credited to the account after almost a year IIRC.
I dont want use these 2 other cases as a support to what is done by Shuffle with above user as I know how it feel when I'm on the player's side but what I want to say is that some time a case may take that long time to solve.
Of course I hope Shuffle can solve any issue faster so players wont wait too long, but if the case is engaging 3rd party such as 3rd party game provider or 3rd party sports provider then a casino may also wait for the provider as well which may make a case take long time.

It is not justified to take 3 months to investigate a client, if he is guilty of something, then it would not cost anything for the casino to send him emails in a few days telling him that he is guilty of X and Y and attach the evidence and the case is closed. At least that way the guy would accept it and move on with his life.

I also find it very strange how @eltigre777 has managed to have so many victories, from his photos, it seems to me that he is making high profits in the long term. From what I see, @eltigre777 has already won a lot at this casino, but I do not understand why he said in one of the posts that "this money is vital to him", it seems to me that he takes gambling very seriously. In my opinion, it would be better if @eltigre777 forgot about this problem and used another site.

I respect your opinion , if 13k are not vital for you they are for me and i believ that It is my right to spend my hard earned money the way i like it.If shuffle can tell how much i'm on minus on their site you will change your opinion.

This is the moment to give some update on the situation - they've voided my last bets and i was able to withdrawal 4k - this is the deposit.I'm not going to give up, how come after 3 months you take the decision to void some bets without any proof, email or any kind of communication.They've posted on CasinoGuru that the case is closed to them
