Having a goal in gambling is a little too extreme if you ask me, there's no need for that because it's not a game that guarantees profit, setting a target and aiming towards might actually be a waste of time and in that case it's no longer going to be called gambling.These are the things that leads to more stress In gambling, you don't need to overwork yourself with betting strategies or goals because from my experience doing all these makes you more addicted.

Yes strategy is still though it can be attributed to gambling, but another type of it, betting on sports or sports gambling in general, where not everything depends on algorithms, where you can analyse the situation, which can give you a theoretical advantage. But it is only a theoretical advantage, nothing more, far from the fact that it will help you win
