It's risky to entrust your Bitcoin with your lawyer, a lawyer’s should be to provide legal advice to me not the other way round, i can with my family members in case somthing happens to me i guess it's logical.

This is the big risk because the lawyer can prove you a liars by do anything and keep the Bitcoin himself which is why the big risk is tell the lawyer about the bad thing about Bitcoin. If your lawyer is as truth as he want he will be jealous after hear about Bitcoin which will put our Bitcoin at risk.If he does not do this we will also feel at risk in term of law because Bitcoin is not yet full legal in some country.This is also benefit for and Bitcoin will continue to be protect which will not cause us any problem.
