I knew that investigation sometimes took so long but on this case the duration is probably near to the max duration of the investigation deadline. At least they should give a clear answer on what’s going on instead of leaving player issue unattended.
Yeah. 3 months is utter nonsense frankly speaking. Shuffle isn't a scam site or anything, but they certainly take their sweet, sweet time resolving complaints(Legit or Not) which isn't good for their reputation.
This is why it's best to stick to USDT people since the value of your funds won't fluctuate wildly no matter how long it takes for the complaint to get resolved.
It is often said that there is a thin line between love and hate, but here, I want to turn that around and say that there is a thin line between being legit and being considered as a scam, shuffle really need to sit up and do something about how the tread issues with their customers..
I mean, it's absolutely unprofessional to hold a customer's fund hostage for even a week, let alone 3 months, what exactly are they resolving that should take this long? Even if this casino is not a scam, I am still going to avoid using them simply because of this attitude, casinos should know that it's not only being a scam that drives away potential customers from a business, but the attitude of the business towards customers can drive away potential customers as well..
