As far as using the stock (or other peoples') photos is concerned, yeah that's really not cool and a bit weird. If anything they should just use the generic silhouetted man or woman icon. But it doesn't affect the outcome of OP's case one way or the other.

Yeah, “weird” how I believe two images that are literally identical are the same person. God forbid someone uses facts and evidence on this forum instead of groupthink and circlejerks.

This is a 100% match — same photo, same angle, same facial expression, same everything — used by two different “VIP hosts” on two different casinos. One named “Albert” on Duelbits, the other “Alexander” on Stake.com.
