When I talk to chat support, they always ask me to email. Email support normally responds after 12 hours.
That is the only way at the moment. The team is working on a more suitable solution, where you can can automatically track your referrals. While that is being fixed, support will be notified and you should be able to get a much faster response when you inquire.

Also support said my referrals should input my affiliate ID and not my user ID for the free bet to be credited automatically, but I cannot seem to find my affiliate ID. Where can I see that?
I don't play on this casino and currently do not have an account, so I may not correctly answer your question but often times, based on other casinos I've played on that do have a special affiliate program for customers interested in earning money from the casino through their Referrals, affiliate ID is usually found in the affiliate page, this is usually the page where you track your referrals and your affiliate earnings, it's easy to locate your affiliate ID on this page if there is a page like this on the casino..
But then if you can't find the page, then maybe wait for response from the other user who initially responded to you here, or better still, you can contact their customer care to find out what your affiliate ID is, if this is something the customer support can assist you with without telling you to send them an email, I guess or believe it will be faster..
