It was a great comeback! I agree, resting key players earlier might beb e the way to go. Whilemain purpose of Hansiflick throughout  the initial lineup likely wasngame , although I'tmsure the sole issue, not all because of the initial line up..Hansi Flick clearly needed to bring in those substitutes, he had no choice if he wanted the three points Grin... it's already paying off with two goals (Pedri for Frenkie looks like a good move). One more goal would certainly make it a more comfortable finish. The substitutions made by Valladolid did bring a little change to the dynamicgame  as well.
