It might look identical but the two topics are talking about different things. The first one is talking about road accidents caused by sleepiness/drunkenessdrunkenness and the other is talking about laziness, and sleepiness might be caused by some kind of health problems(but its BADecker's thread, so expect something wild).

Sometimes I find it difficult to differentiate posts that belong to off topic and politics/societysleepiness might be caused by some kind of health problems.
These two topics seem identical and in my opinion, I think they belong to the off topic board rather than politics and society.
