If am introducing any newbie to trading, then I won’t be assuring them that they will be making money from trading, because I know beginners don’t make money from trading at the beginning, if you are learning to trade, then you will be losing money, and that’s why I do recommend beginners to always trade with just little amount of money, because they might end up losing most of the money that they start trading with. I don’t really think it’s right to assure a newbie they are going to be making money if they start trading. Before you start making money, then you will have lost some money during the learning process, and even as a professional trader, loss will definitely set in.
Even professional traders or trading experts do not dare to confidently assert that they will definitely make a profit, let alone guarantee it to others. The market is unpredictable, trading is nothing but a gamble. Knowledge, experience and skills can only increase our chances of winning but there are no guarantees, and to win in trading, sometimes a little luck is also needed. So anyone who dares to make claims and guarantees is either ignorant about trading or just a scammer, nothing more.
If it were me, I would even advise newbies to stay away from trading, especially futures trading, and becoming an investor would be more suitable for them.
