Napoli is hoping for an outright sale. And I don't think Osimhen would like the idea of continuing playing in the Turkish league next season. He wouldn't have been in the Turkish league if not for the timing of the deal. Osimhen was almost confident he was moving to Chelsea and it was just unfortunate that the move collapsed in the last minute and the transfer window was over and only the loan offer was the only possibility of him playing football this season, when Antonio Conte made it clear to him that he wasn't part of his plan. So if a better offer comes in for Osimhen this summer, he's definitely leaving Galatasaray irrespective of their champions league football next season.
