To my knowledge we don't have a list of "best ANNs".
But maybe we should have a ranking for ANN threads. Maybe even a contest.
I think it would be fun and it could motivate users to become not only more active on the forum, but also more active in developing new projects for the users of the forum.
As things currently are going, projects are stagnating. This could help bring a new boost!
That could be interesting, but Im afraid many of us would be subjective in our evaluations. I mean, what makes an ANN "the best"? Is it the most hype? The most technically sound idea (that most of us probably dont fully grasp anyway)? Or just the one with the coolest graphics or the most active shill army?
Still, the idea of injecting some new energy into the forum and project development isnt bad at all.
I assumed, by OP's wording it meant something like:
"The most beautiful by your own subjective viewing perspective"
