The first step to controlling our emotions is to be responsible for ourselves. The second step is to be prudent in gambling and allocating money from discretionary income so that you do not go beyond your budget.

The most negative effect of going beyond our tolerance is an increase in the number of losses. You cannot control your emotions no matter how hard you try unless you limit your budget.

Being responsible to your family is the highest priority. In addition, you must allocate your gambling budget within the limits set by your budget. My experience and lesson is that you cannot control your emotions unless you limit your gambling budget.

Be mindful and be responsible into the actions that you are taking and not really just that trying out to deal up with gambling without having that control specially into emotion on which we do know that this could bring out that huge impact specially on how you do spend up your money into gambling. We do know that on the moment that you have that lost up your cool or right thinking on the moment that you do gamble then it will be affecting out totally with your behavior and if it turned out that you've lost your control then this will be resulting into that impulsive spending or deposits on which do make out the situation that more worst or becomes a disaster when it left uncontrolled. Practicing out emotional control will be definitely be depending on someones mental fortitude whether he can control himself or will be letting up that urge to control over him.
