It appears so. Petition to ignore OP's petition:Ban @LoyceV for signature and avatar promotion, let’s see if he will still be active here. 
I support the suggestion to remove it from that board. Usually, the responses to scam cases are general (it's paid) and don't help much in solving the problem.
The posts on the Scam Accusation board are usually better than posts on the Gambling board.
