It's good when there is an opportunity to work on holidays, and at the same time it is a free decision, and not when contacts force employees to do it. Recently I read an article about violation of workers' rights and in one of the interviews with a guest a guy said that in the company where he worked they wouldn't even let him go to take his child to his wife. I'm not even talking about the fact that there were constant unpaid overtime. And the worst thing is that he held on to this job because he was afraid that he wouldn't find another one.

Should working on holidays truly be a free decision? This is a working day that will be paid, paid extra or more than for a regular day. I dont understand employees who does not want to work during holidays. They dont need money? They dont have team spirit? Or they hate their work. People complain that they dont have enough money. They are given opportunity to earn them, but they refuse. Employer will always be flexible, if employees has a little child and nobody to look after it, of course he wont force employee to work. More and more this topic start to look like "I want money but I dont want to work".
