I'm sure he is as ready as he can be but he wont be match fit!
Unfortunately this is not a small detail.
WADA also included a disqualification from training on some official courts and with other ATP tennis players Angry

This is the real unknown actually. He is still strong as usual? He has less energy for the tournament?
I am sure that not many of you have read this information...
Unfortunately the disqualification was not only at the level of non-participation in ATP tournaments but also a way to "punish" the player in all way possible Sad .

I would say and/or hope that his talent and general fitness will carry him through the first 2 or so
rounds and give him a chance to build some match fitness.

Announced the first match of Sinner. He will play against Cinà or Navone.
What is really interesting here it's Cinà profile. This guy has just 17 years old, actually 2nd in ranking for underage with a couple of titles already won.
We will listen more about him in the future (actually 499 in ATP ranking).

It continues the Sinner Mania here in Italy. All newspapers are sharing at least 3/4 news about him... even describing in full his last public interview...
If he decides to get in politics he has already earned my vote Roll Eyes

That should be a not so difficult first draw for Sinner, hopefully he doesnt get caught out by the
youngster. I wont be betting on Sinner for the first few rounds TBH, its all very uncertain.

"Sinner Mania" - Its amazing as you say that Tennis is now very popular in Italy where traditionally
it is so focussed on Soccer! - all it needs is a super star and plenty of publicity to get more
people involved. Italian Tennis is in a good space and will be for a good few years thanks to all
the sucessfull ATP and WTA players.
