I am seeing multiple deposit options but only 2 wd options, bank transfer and visa card? Where are the wd options to crypto wallets? My depo also has 1 confirm and not credited. How many confirms do deposits take and is there a notification showing a deposit was made?


Also regarding KYC. The announcement says NO KYC for crypto players, but your site says for anyone who deposits over 5k euro a KYC check will happen. Please explain.
