What happened: Hello bitcointalk users, 7 months ago when i attempted to make my first withdrawal request on betpanda casino, the withdrawal was getting delayed and after contacting support i was told to the reasoning for it was a "security check".

A week later i was told to send my KYC information to their email, which i did. Never got a reply from them.

As of today, my account is still banned and my balance was not payed out (around 3000$ in Solana), not even my deposits were returned (around 800$ in solana)

I think you should add some more context on your activity on their site : some sort of chronological history of your betting activity after the deposit, if you were doing sportsbets, eventually what kind of ( I mean main events or secondary sports that sometimes are involved in fixed matches), rather than playing casino games or both; if you claimed welcome bonus or other kind of bonus/promotions ( that in my experience are the main reason of accounts being blocked/limited) or if you deposited and played straight away; if your bankroll growth was due to a big win or if it was a steady one...

Just to allow us to have a wider picture of the whole situation.
