Just curious, is the image you share on "PM/Chat Logs" the only conversation you've had with their support?
I am assuming they are investigating something, but it is concerning that this has been going on for 7 months, and they didn't even maintain contact with you or make contact with casino.guru and askgamblers when they contacted them after you posted your issue there.
Anyway, I'll try to PM their forum representative, perhaps they might address this issue if they see the message when they log in to the forum again.
When i go to their live chat they tell me to contact via their email, whenever i tried to contact their email i was ignored.
Thats pretty much it.
