I am assuming they are investigating something, but it is concerning that this has been going on for 7 months, and they didn't even maintain contact with you or make contact with casino.guru and askgamblers when they contacted them after you posted your issue there.

That sounds frustrating. Sadly, just like you there is not much that we can do here, I already their representative a PM but there is no way knowing when they'll log in and see the message or if they will address this case after seeing the message.
