Unless you are trying to make a different argument, about decentralized perpetuals replacing centralized perpetuals. That is something else entirely, and I do support it given that exchanges have a history of manipulating their platforms against their users. Keep in mind, that manipulations are also possible in decentralized systems through a fake system of governance voting as owners and insiders own the majority of the votes.
