I would not change anything related with signatures, and I doubt making changes for those two boards would make any positive changes at all.
The posts on the Scam Accusation board are usually better than posts on the Gambling board.
That is probably true, but I noticed Scam Accusation board quality has gone down a lot in last few years.
I remember the time when I visited this board daily to find important warning or to post something.
