As alternative for eXch I would always choose decentralized exchanges and p2p trading first, with PeachBitcoin, Bisq, Robosats and similar exchanges,
but people often forget about one small non-kyc centralized exchange Tradeogre, that exist for a long time.
They support Bitcoinbitcoin, Moneroeth, monero, USDT and, USDC and other coins, so they should be fine for smaller amounts.
