I registered with this casino, Shuffle.com, a few months ago because I saw some good reviews on this forum and it seemed somewhat similar to Stake.com, a casino that has since withdrawn from my country. I went many days without depositing and trying it out after registering. I normally bet on the NBA playoffs, along with some MLB and Blackjack. I started with a losing streak but then won a bit. They normally paid me amounts of $60 to $150. I only bet on weekends when I have about two days a week off. I lost about 300 USD in blackjack last week, which hurt me and I thought I would never play again, unfortunately this weekend I returned to play. It turns out I won a bet on NBA points and when trying to cash out 120 USD it took hours to review, I contacted the chat and they asked me for level 2 KYC, which consists of uploading my ID, I uploaded my document and the withdrawals were under review for about 6 more hours, it seemed strange to me and I contacted the chat again to ask, they asked me for level 3 KYC this time, which consists of uploading proof of residence, I uploaded the document and it was rejected by their automatic system, I tried 3 different documents, I contacted their chat and they said they would review it manually and that they would contact me for any updates, I waited about 10 more hours, I asked the chat again why my withdrawal and verification takes so long and they told me that my address does not match (at this point I realized that if I do not ask for any update, they will never inform me before), I told them that my address does match because I sent my bank statement where the same address as my national ID appears, this seemed to me suspicious... I have googled complaints about this casino and I have been sadly disappointed to see countless complaints from people who are experiencing the same thing and have been waiting and complaining for weeks to no avail. I panicked and requested a withdrawal of $201 more and I'm waiting to be paid for 2 withdrawals totaling 324 USD , I am not a big bettor and this sum is very important to me... I have seen that most of the people who go through this, are accused of multi-accounts or "abusive bets" already, I warn this casino that they will not be able to argue this with me since I am a recreational bettor and this is the first time I have used their casino because I did not know them. I strongly urge that if anyone from this casino reads this message, give a solution to my problem, since I feel that I have entered an endless spiral of KYCs and questions to the chat that will not be resolved as in the complaints I have read, I regret not having informed myself well about this casino before starting to play. I hope I am wrong and they solve this problem for me. My username at the casino is "faichin"
