Banks were putting ATMs because there is too expensive and time-consuming to have an operator and an actual physical store there, that's why banks do have ATMs outside, to cut costs.

With gambling, it's a double-edged sword; you need the space, you need the traffic, you need it not to inconvenience your business, and you need a license, in some countries, you need to stop serving alcohol and not even the payments are that great. So, no, I don't see this catching up, as it's too little of the pie to make it worth, if we do it like a comparison in western countries it's more like paying your bills at a supermarket or picking your package at a local store, it does work, but nobody is that keep on doing it for pennies.

Bitcoin ATMs are already expensive, also you can't do that legally, and you will get your ATMs banned from most locations.
Also. I doubt there will be any operator who would take the risks of two types of software interlinked in a machine, hard to find someone who is going to take the risks.
